How long does delivery take?


UK orders are despatched within 24-48 hours. A despatch notice will be emailed and all orders sent by courier will be have a tracking number. A signature will be required for all deliveries.

Bespoke items are despatched as soon as the required ingredients are sourced and your gift is made. We try to assess the approximate turnaround time from the outset. We will inform you of a more accurate timescale within 24hrs of your order.

IF YOU REQUIRE SOMETHING IN A HURRY PLEASE CALL AND WE WILL ENDEAVOR TO MEET YOUR REQUEST.


What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us on (01355) 260340 or email us at enquiries@nappycakeboutique.com
.  Returns must be in original packaging and fully wrapped. 

We are unable to cover the cost of return postage.


Is the outside packaging secure?



It would be our pleasure! We can deliver to hospitals, offices or to the home of the recipient. We will ask you for the delivery address when you place your order.


Are your bespoke Cakes more expensive? Do you charge for this service?

We don’t feel it is necessary to charge for this service as it is as much a way for us to channel our creativity as it is to give the customer what they are looking for.

A bespoke cake doesn’t necessarily mean it will be more expensive. Bespoke could simply mean that you have a particular colour combination in mind. If you call or email us with your requirements and your budget we will work entirely with you to try to meet your specification. 

Can you help if I need my order urgently?


We are little fairy godmothers here at Nappy Cake Boutique and although at busy times we take 24-48 hours to despatch – we will work through the night if we have to in order to try to fulfil your request.

Providing your requirements aren’t too demanding, we can despatch the next day if necessary. Please contact us with your requirements and timescale and we will do our very best to help.

Why do you place angel feathers in some of your gifts?

This is simply a gesture of gratitude for your custom and merely a symbol of our wish for the ‘protection’ and happiness of the recipient/s.


Whilst we are in no way suggesting that the feathers actually offer ‘protection’ or any other benefit, we find that many of our customers find it an especially nice touch.


We use our creative license to incorporate certain things into our design but ultimately, you are the customer so, please contact us if you would rather not have angel feathers incorporated into your gift.


Are Nappy Cakes Safe to use?

Absolutely! Also, new speculation may see hospitals forbidding floral bouquets from their wards after reports suggesting that the water could potentially spill – causing an MRSA risk.

This makes our gifts a practical and safe alternative!


All of our gifts are made and stored in a clean, smoke free studio therefore are an ideal way to ensure your gift is well received.


No pins or staples are used in any of our products and we always advise adult supervision with any toy included in our gifts.


Also special care should be taken when handling artificial flowers as they contain wire that could potentially scratch the skin.


All toys meet with UK standards. All dummies and bottles should be sterilised before use.

Although the contants withing our cakes are completely safe we ask that diligence is exercised and small children and babies should not be given any packaging or components of our gifts.

We accept no responsibily for any accident or harm caused by negligence or misuse of any product or packaging.
