Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on any nappy cakes/baby bouquets unless deemed faulty.  This is due to the fact that once dispatched  the items would not be suitable for resale to another party. 

We are sure you will understand this and would not like to recieve a gift that had been returned by someone else.

Should your item prove to be faulty or damaged  we will refund you as soon as the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.  Customers are responsible for the return postage. 

Nappy Cake Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return if we feel the item has been tampered with or damaged in any way.

All products are dispatched in perfect condition.  We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused after dispatch.

Customers reserve the right to cancel their order within 48hours of purchase.

Delivery is non refundable and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.  The remainder of the funds will be re credited in the form of the initial payment method.

We will accept returns if any item is proved to be faulty and an exchange or refund will be given.
